Your use of the website following any such change constitutes your agrrement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. The website as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by How Lovely Records.
• The copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other forms of intellectual property owned, controlled and/or used under license or with other legal authority, are intended solely for personal, non-commerical (other than for purchase of merchandise from the website) use by the users of the website. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents on the website.

Shipping & Handling

• Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs. All Domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL or Fedex, whichever is the most efficient delivery method. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.
• Shipping costs are determined on a flat rate fee. All domestic orders will be charged $8.00 for one parcel shipments. All Domestic orders will be charged $12.00 for multiple parcel orders. All International orders will charged $11.00 for one parcel shipments. All international orders of multiple parcels will be charged $15.00.
• All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped.
• Purchased items will be shipped within ten (10) business days of the order, although most orders will be shipped within seven (7) business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after three (3) weeks, please notify [email protected] with your order number. Please allow up to two (2) business days for an email response.

Return Policy

• How Lovely does not offer returns, products exchanges, or size exchanges except in cases where there is an error on our end such as a misprinted product, damaged item, or wrong order.
• Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been receieved.
• For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
• The return address will be in your order, and when we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
• If you do not return your order to the address provided in your shipment, you will become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
• If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
• Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the costs of a reshipment to yourself.
• All discounted items are final sale. There are neither exchanges nor refunds when purchasing a discounted item.

Colors

• We have made efforts to display accurately the colors of products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or other technological circumstance, we cannot and do not guarantee that your monitors display of any colors will be accurate.

Indemnification

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless How Lovely Records and/or any of its affiliates, owners, officerrs, directors, employees and/or agents from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to your use of the website.
• How Lovely Records, LLC is a registered company in the District of Columbia. Disputes that arise under this agreement will be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.

  Termination

  • This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by How Lovely Records. How Lovely Records may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the website, if in How Lovely Record's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, or if How Lovely Records for any reason otherwise so decides to terminate.
